The dies and the parts that connect them to the extruder are all characterized by canalisation systems which are able to balance and distribute the flows uniformly and obtain in such a way high and continuative productions.
The gauging equipments and the capillary cooling system applied to the main calibrators and appropriately supported by the addition of modular immersion or vacuum tanks complete with diaphragms, allow high productions without compromising the profile quality.
The department reserved to the inspections and to the final tests of the extruded product is outfitted with 8 extrusion lines suitable for each production requirement and able to satisfy each particular request of the customer who can personally verify the equipments functionality and the quality of the profiles during the actual tests and an eventual pre-sampling phase.
